Data deletion

You can ask SIO Trends to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@siotrends.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include your name and the phone number or email you used with us, so we can find your records.
3. We confirm your identity, then delete your data within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What we delete

Contact form enquiries, conversation records and profile details linked to your phone number or email.

What we may keep

Records we must keep by law, such as invoices and payment records, and the minimum needed to remember that you opted out of messages.
