Refund Policy

This policy applies to services purchased from SIO Trends, a brand of GSR Digital.

Before work starts

If you cancel before we begin setup, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

After work starts

• Setup fees are non-refundable once we have started Meta business verification, number setup or template submission, because this work is already done.
• If we cannot deliver the agreed service for reasons within our control, we will refund the fee for the part not delivered.
• If Meta rejects an application for reasons outside our control, we will resubmit once at no extra charge. Fees for work already completed are not refunded.

Subscription and usage charges

Monthly plan fees are not refunded for a period already started. You can cancel any time to stop future charges. Message charges billed by Meta are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Write to info@siotrends.com with your name, phone number and payment details. We reply within 3 working days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
